Habit Coaching

Create Sustainable Results – Without Burnout

Habit coaching helps you build and maintain the habits that strengthen your performance, your well‑being, and your long‑term sustainability as a person and as a leader.

Habit coaching is not yet another “to‑do” on your list. It’s your opportunity to create the foundation for the leadership, career and the life you want – without having to squeeze more into your calendar.

Habit Coaching for Non‑Leaders
You are welcome to sign up for habit coaching even if you’re not a leader. The programme can, for example, focus on career development, work‑life balance, structure in your daily life, visibility, or personal branding.
We do not offer guidance on nutrition or mental health disorders/illness, and if you wish to engage in habit coaching within those areas, we encourage you to seek specialized support.
How it works
When you sign up for a habit coaching program, you start with a 60 minutes start up session. After this, you continue with weekly check‑ins with your coach via WhatsApp (in writing or video-messaging).

This is Habit Coaching

Habit coaching is a targeted process where we work together to identify your current patterns – and strategically replace unhelpful habits with new, sustainable actions.

It’s not about perfect discipline or control. It’s about creating a system that works for you – not against you.

Ghita guided me to find answers to my questions through my own thoughts. She had the ability to channel each topic to the right point of a reflection. I felt very good, but mostly, I felt relaxed. I can say that for sure it gave me an extra push to what I was already knowing to do. It helped me quite enough to refresh my mind and restart everything. So, much needed.

FAQ: Frequently asked questions

  1. What is Habit Coaching?

Habit coaching is about identifying and changing the small everyday habits that have a big impact on how you lead, make decisions, and maintain your energy.

It’s about creating lasting change – not quick fixes.

  2. How do I cancel the subscription?

The subscription is billed on a monthly basis. To cancel your subscription, you must write to us no later than 5 days before the next payment, and we will cancel the upcoming charge.

You can also cancel the payment directly through your online banking.

  3. What makes Habit Coaching different?

Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, strategy, and behaviour, while habit coaching works with the daily routines and habits that either support or hinder your leadership. It’s the small things you do over and over again that create big results.

  4. How long is a Habit Coaching programme?

A typical habit‑coaching programme lasts 3–6 months with regular sessions. However, the duration depends on your needs and goals, and we tailor the process to fit you.

  5. What results should I expect?

You can expect increased focus, better work–life balance, greater self‑awareness, and an improved ability to lead and motivate yourself and your team, if you are a leader – all through small, concrete changes in your daily habits.

  6. How does the coaching programme work?

The programme is primarily conducted online and by WhatsApp messaging.
Longer sessions can also take place as virtual meeting or by phone.

  7. I am super busy, does it require a lot of time?

No, habit coaching is specifically designed to fit into a busy everyday schedule. We work with small changes that are easy to implement and maintain, without requiring a lot of extra time.

For some clients, part of the goals is to free up more time in their everyday life.

  8. How do I start?

Contact us, either by phone or mail, and we will arrange the first start up meeting.

  9. My spouse could really benefit from the programme — can I give it as a gift?

It’s important that your spouse is genuinely interested in the programme — and motivated. That’s why I always recommend waiting to purchase it until you’ve spoken with the person who will receive the gift.

You’re welcome to call me to double‑check whether I have availability for new clients and, if needed, reserve a spot in advance. However, I do not accept payment until the ‘gift’ has been accepted by the recipient.
